In my opinion the most important part is the easiest part to transform – the Goizueta website.
I would hire a UI proffesional to make it easier to navigate.
I would make the MBA the center part and no confuse the users with the BBA&PHD.
And most imprtantly I would use RICH MEDIA, especially video – other schools have much more.
Other then that, you must link to Voice of GBS from the homepage.
